As an example, Kate reduced the monthly reporting time from 7 days to 1 day within a large organisation and simplified the report generation process to enable anyone with a basic knowledge of microsoft office to generate the reports.  The results of this were that the information received by the sales and marketing team was much more relevant and timely and the report generation did not suffer when two key people took unexpected time off work.


Kate is also involved in small business development.  Kate is able to work with small businesses to identify short, medium and long term strategy plans, develop marketing and sales plans, produce cash flow projections and develope websites.
